Vandria Gilmadrith

I have just recently read about this goddess, sister to Eilistraee some websites indicate. https://1d4chan.org/wiki/Eilistraee provides some information. Vandria, who is also the daughter of Corellon and Lolth (no Araushnee in core D&D), but an elven goddess rather than a drow one (though her hair, ...

Re: A suiter

Just a few things you should know concerning Ed Greenwood He does not and never has been employed by TSR or WotC. By contract his statements about the Realms are canon unless succeeded by printed Forgotten Realms material. So while Edward Greenwood words are not "divine law", he is indeed near to it...

Re: Role play feats question

Not sure if I can add any ideas. Craving weapons does not strike me as permitted. Though it does not seem right that the toys are thrown away. Out of mistrust. Your Bard or Priestess should be able to present them in ways that they should be trusted. I think the DM is being unfair to have them trash...

Re: Role play feats question

Feats to more follow Eilistraee when not smashing evil. Clearly one idea would be taking feats that could aid in hunting, making musical instruments or otherwise try to aid the party to be accepted as good. Looking at list on the SRD there are not many that appear to be useful, skills provide more p...

Re: A new lore video since our lady's revival...

After some thought decided to move here. As it is a discussion of faith. I should also note the comments of the narrator appear to be mostly if not entirely 2nd Edition content which can be read here http://trismegist.narod.ru/de_eilistraee_eng.html . There is some very nice art work in the presenta...

Re: Drow in Baldur's Gate 3

The latters’ treachery drove the drow into the Underdark, where they splintered into warring factions. Seldarine drow can be found seeking allies from all over Faerûn, aiming to settle their conflict with Lolth - and each other - by any means necessary. Clearly appears to indicate the Dark Seldarin...

Re: Forums Working Again

I regret to inform you that DebraPAb currently can no longer post. The first post was a bit odd only because it was in OOC with new character concept. I could not rule that off topic, just a bot odd. Also planed to watch. The second one about Baldur's Gate 3 did appear to be on topic, one thing that...

Re: How to kill a tarrasque in 1st edition.

Well that does sound good.

You should take a look at this site: http://www.rogermwilcox.com/ADnD/index.html

One I found years ago. It is all about rules (and using them) and even adapted a little to Second edition.

Here the characters even face their DM.

Re: D&D to remove inherently evil races

I wonder what they meant in the article when they said they were looking for freelance writers, I doubt they are looking for additional game designers. Well it is hard to know what they seek, however their magazine can use articles, there is also the DM's Guild that free lances can publish on. Of c...

Re: The science of Diminishing magic

A 100 percent decease eliminates entire thing 1-1=0 In pure math a 200 percent decease results in a negative of amount that you start with. 1 - (2 X 1) = -1 At best for your question after enlarge used, maybe consider as starting size as base. That once enlarged 100 percent, the enlarged target is c...
