Happy Holidays
Wanted to wish you all happy holidays, and if they can't be happy for some reason, then I wish you can find at least a spark of beauty to hold onto. May Eilistraee light your path

May Eilistraee shine some moonlight on your path. Everyone could use some relief and serenity in these times.

Re: Glacier's Edge: BEHOLD Ultimate Wkar's GREATEST ENEMY The Aevendrow
By "new lore" I mean that Eilistraee is still there even with this new "aevendrow, lorendrow, udadrow" retcon. So people will read her name, and if they're interested, they'll look up more info on her. Most people who want more info about Eilistraee flock to the wiki, and it's co...

Re: Glacier's Edge: BEHOLD Ultimate Wkar's GREATEST ENEMY The Aevendrow
Watching something you're passionate about being crapped upon definitely makes you feel a sense of emptiness. But I learned to stop caring about D&D, I only care that Eilistraee's back and she's been included in the new lore. That means that people will read her name and look up her lore if they...

Re: Glacier's Edge: BEHOLD Ultimate Wkar's GREATEST ENEMY The Aevendrow
Eh, it's a Salvatore book. Dude admitted that he doesn't do any planning for his stories, he just goes "with the flow", and if his flow needs a character to act ooc, he just tries to come up with a justification. His stories have no structure, no transformation arcs, no main driving theme ...

Re: Back to the Avendrow, this time for a different reason.
It's from the upcoming book that I got from a friend who regularly has access to the previews of RAS' books. oh, I guess I should check amazon to see if the page for the book has a preview pdf. I don't think it did when I check it out four months ago. My friend got that info from the ARC of the boo...

Re: Back to the Avendrow, this time for a different reason.
Re: Jarlaxle's book, it's fan content anyway, you're better off converting the spells you want to see yourself. You can keep the fundamental functions and flavor of the spells, and retool them to fit the 5e spell design (which isn't that different from previous editions anyway). It's not like conver...

Re: Back to the Avendrow, this time for a different reason.
"Jaralxle's Bag of Everything" isn't an official book, though, so this material isn't either. Anyway, that pdf doesn't say that the aevendrow are the brownified drow from LP, it just says that 1)they kept worshipping Corellon even after being banished 2)they reconciled with the Seldarine t...

Re: Queen of the Demonweb pit 1st page recreation
That looks really accurate. IMO, you could try asking WotC if they're interested in hiring you to improve the pdf of their older books. I don't think there's anything to lose, even though WotC people are pretty dismissing towards the work of those who came before them.
