My favourite D&D villains were always Semmemon, and Selvatarm, my favourite god to hate.

I'd want Semmemon's swanky castle, before 3rd ed came out.
I wouldn't want any of the Spider Demon Prince's qualities. I loathe him, everything about him. Which means he is a great villain and has to be on the list, right? But I wouldn't want a thing of his.

Except maybe his eight hairy legs. Mounted up on the trophy wall in House Vrinn.....[/quote:37ntuw70]

Of course, lolth's champion is dead now, so how can you hate him anymore?

How about Brain for a villian, you know, from Pinky and the... He tried to take over the world many times... Every night, in fact. :p [/color:37ntuw70][/quote:37ntuw70]

No, no, Brain is my HERO. :) So happy he makes a psuedo guest appearance in the newest Guild Wars expansion. :) (one of the npcs is voice acted by the guy who did Brain's voice, and they put in tons of referrences to Pinky and the Brain omg!)

I can hate Selvatarm even if he's dead. Easily. Sancha's twin sister was badly traumatized by the Spider Demon. She'll never forgive that. Never. And I have at least a half dozen other reasons to hate him too. So yeah, no problems there. Dead or not, he's still one of my most hated D&D villians, and therefore one of the best.

Darth Vader is pathetic in Revenge of the Sith. But he's great in A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi.[/color:1v9bboeo]

That's right. Or how about the Goth Queen (forgot her name) in Tytus Andronicus? That one is a real massacre...

 How can Entreri be your favorite villian? He's a knight in a paladin king's army! He does, however, make a great Hero.[/color:u3a7qnos]

Well ... He WAS a great villain - I like the assassin Entreri better than the one in The second and third Sellswords books

Most definately ...I never actually considered Jarlaxle as a villain, though ... he seems WAY to nice-ish for that ...

*grin* He's more of an 'anti hero' if you read this thread all the way through, there's a big discussion of just what the hell he is. I think he's Entreri's god-mode cheat: If there's no way to get out of this situation, use the Jarlaxle hackpack, and escape the inescapable. ;) [/color:2poh5rnm]
