So much for those who haven't read it - when the Goblins are going to attack Mithril Hall, and Wulfgar won't let Catti-brie go, so she yells at Bruenor to try to "Parley/parlay" with them, and Bruenor agrees because he has no other choice ^^

I think so ... At least, Niz'Tar'A is, and no one else said anything about speaking in the Drow Tongue, so I'm guessing every one else is, as well ^^
